Mežerli is a dish made of roasted pig offal, bread, spices and eggs, which is prepared in a farming environment in the Koroška area, especially in late autumn and winter, and is offered to guests by many restaurants in the Koroška all year round.


The element of the intangible cultural heritage has a lot of bearers who are, due to the large number, not being inscribed in the Register.
