Below you can find a short description of an element listed in the Slovene Register of the Intangible Cultural Heritage

Drying is one of the oldest methods of preserving fruit more permanently. Dried fruit was once an important supplement to the diet, today it is an integral part of healthy and energy-rich meals. Fruits are dried in the air, in ovens or dryers.
