Mežerli is a dish that combines roasted pig offal, bread, spices and eggs, and is characteristic for the region of Koroška. People in the countryside typically make mežerli in late autumn and winter, but numerous restaurants in the Koroška region offer the dish year round.

The element of the intangible cultural heritage has a lot of bearers who are, due to the large number, not being inscribed in the Register.
