Charcoal making is a forestry management activity involving knowledge and skills including the preparation of the charcoal pit and the production of charcoal from wood.
The bearers of the element are:
1. Informal group of charcoal makers in the area od Dol near Litija (representative Miroslav Brinovec),
2. Možnar Koroška Bela Cultural Society,
3. Rute Charcoal Society (represenative Klemen Zupančič).
