Potica is a roll made from leavened dough, with a sweet or savoury filling, round in shape with a hole in the middle, baked in a Bundt pan. Different kinds of potica are made all over Slovenia, especially during festive periods.


The element of the intangible cultural heritage has a lot of bearers who are, due to the large number, not being inscribed in the Register.
