Below you can find a short description of an element listed in the Slovene Register of the Intangible Cultural Heritage

The door-to-door rounds of Shrovetide ploughmen are a Shrovetide custom in northeastern Slovenia. The Shrovetide ploughmen symbolically plow a furrow in the courtyard and sow seeds for a good harvest, while the locals treat and gift them.
