On Thursday, April 11, 2024, you are cordially invited to the Bohinj House in Bohinjska Bistrica to a lecture entitled Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Slovenia, during which Anja Jerin and Adela Pukl will talk about the Register of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, which includes a list of heritage from the entire territory of the Republic of Slovenia. In order to expand the Register of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and learn about different domains of heritage, the procedures for inscribing in the register and identifying the bearers of units that are already registered (such as wickerwork, making paper flowers, traditional pottery, tile making, charcoal making) will be presented.
The lecture will be held as part of the SED School, organized by the Slovene Ethnological Society.
