According to the old calendar, spring began on March 12, on the day of St. Gregory.

On the eve, especially in artisanal places, it was customary to "throw light into the water," meaning that artisans stopped working under artificial light as the days grew longer. They made paper boats, houses, churches with candles and released them into the water. In the creative workshop, we will make houses - "gregorčki" from biodegradable materials, which you can release into the river Gradaščica on the eve of St. Gregory's Day, celebrating the beginning of spring.

The workshop is suitable for children aged 5 and above.
